Privacy policy

This explains what personal data FUTURE FORGE HUB collects through this website, why, and the choices you have.

1. What we collect

Account data: your name, email address and a hashed (not readable) password.
Google sign-in: if you choose Continue with Google, we receive your profile name and verified email address to create or identify your account. Google does not share your password with us. We do not request access to your Gmail messages or Google Drive files.
Learning data: your enrollments, lesson progress, quiz and assessment attempts and scores, and certificates.
Payment data: order and payment references, amount, status and refund records. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Cashfree's checkout and are never stored by us.
Mobile number: required at checkout and passed to Cashfree to process your payment. Our application does not store it.
Support and admin records: messages you send us, and an audit trail of account-access and financial actions by our administrators.
Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and short-lived records used to limit repeated login attempts.

2. Why we use it

to create your account and provide the programs you buy;
to confirm payments, issue refunds and keep financial records;
to grade assessments and issue and verify certificates;
to send service emails such as enrollment and certificate confirmations (we do not send marketing email without your consent);
to keep the service secure and prevent abuse and fraud.

3. Certificate verification is public

A certificate can be verified by anyone who has its ID. The public verification page shows the certificate holder's name, program, dates and issuer. Share your certificate ID only with people you want to see this.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the service:

Cashfree Payments, to process payments and refunds;
Google, if you choose Google sign-in, to authenticate your account;
our hosting and database providers, to run the website;
our email provider, to deliver service emails;
authorities, when the law requires it.

These providers may process data on servers outside India. They are permitted to use it only to provide their service to us.

5. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep data

We keep account and learning data while your account exists. Payment, refund and audit records, and issued certificates, are retained as long as needed for accounting, tax, dispute and verification purposes, even if you stop using the service.

7. Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for optional communication. We will act on requests within a reasonable time, except where we must keep records required by law or to verify issued certificates and payments.

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and administrator actions are logged. No online service is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

This service is for learners aged 18 and over, or younger learners with a parent or guardian's consent. Contact us if you believe a child has signed up without it.
