Terms of use

These terms govern your use of this website and the online internship training programs offered by FUTURE FORGE HUB ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying a program you agree to them.

1. Who we are

FUTURE FORGE HUB is a proprietorship registered as a micro enterprise under Udyam in India. We provide company-led online internship training and issue a completion certificate to learners who meet the program requirements.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password private.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person; do not share it or your course access.
  • You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's consent to use the service.

3. Programs and access

  • Each program includes lessons, module quizzes and a final assessment. The price and access period are shown on the program page before you pay.
  • Access begins when your payment is verified and lasts for the access period stated for that program (currently 30 days for new programs). You may finish earlier.
  • Modules unlock in order. The default pass mark is 70%, with retakes during the access period.
  • Content may be updated. Existing learners keep the lesson set they enrolled in.
  • This is training. We do not guarantee a job, stipend, placement or any particular outcome.

4. Payments

Prices are in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; we do not see or store your card or bank details. Access is granted only after the payment is confirmed with the payment provider. Refunds are governed by our Refund & cancellation policy.

5. Certificates

A certificate is issued when you complete every lesson and pass the required quizzes and final assessment before your access ends. It records your actual enrollment and completion dates. Anyone can verify a certificate by its ID on our verification page. Assessments are automatically graded and not proctored. We may withdraw a certificate obtained by cheating or misrepresentation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • copy, resell, record or redistribute course content, or share your access;
  • use bots, scripts or answer-sharing to take assessments, or try to bypass access, payment or rate limits;
  • probe, disrupt or attack the website or other users' accounts;
  • use the service for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules. Our payment and learning records are kept as described in the Privacy policy.

7. Intellectual property

Course material, branding and the site are owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to view the content you have paid for, for your own learning.

8. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a program is limited to the amount you paid for that program, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that cannot be waived.
